One of my favorite artists is PRINCE, The Artist Formerly Known As.....
Anything he sings or writes is alright with me!

SHAGGY SONG YOU LIKE MOST AND WHY:
Boombastic. I think it is very innovative and creative musically.
The lyrics are good too. It's a nice song, what else can I say?!

ARE YOU AN INTERNET JUNKIE OR JUST KNOWLEDGEABLE?:
Knowledgeable.

WHERE DID THE NAME 'PRINCE MYDAS' ORIGINATE?:
Prince... because I would do imitations of Prince (Purple Prince) when I first
started singing. So the guys in the studio gave me the nickname Prince.

Mydas... because according to the guys, everything seemed to sound better
after my voice was added to it. So they say!! Therefore, they likened me
unto King Midas in Greek mythology; he was a King for whom everything
turned to gold after his touch. So they gave me that name too! Mydas
with a "Y" as opposed to an "I" is for personalization.

I later accepted each name, not just as a name, but as a matter of character.
For instance, the same way everything King Midas touched turned to gold,
I believe that every life I touch or walk into SHOULD be better thereafter because
of the Love I exude. And the title "Prince", of course, depicts royalty and I believe
all men are princes, it's just a matter of them living/walking and accepting it.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR RARE SPARE TIME? (i.e. HOBBIES):
Play soccer, read a good book - Inspirational of course, or go fishing.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAY TO THE FANS/SUPPORTERS:
Thank you for your support, it can't work without you guys. If my
music positively impacts one soul, then it is all worth it.

WHERE WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE IN 5 YEARS?:
Still doing it for the fans, just bigger and better.

it as well. There's a certain warmth I felt in conversing with you the first time in '01.
